Section 2. The parcel of land authorized to be transferred pursuant to this act is more particularly described as follows:
All that piece or parcel of land situate in the Borough of Warren, County of Warren and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and being a part of parcel described in deed from Raymond L. and Isabelle Yeagle to Borough of Warren in Deed Book 349, Page 136, by deed bearing date of July 14, 1967, and recorded August 3, 1967, more fully bounded and described as follows to wit:
Beginning at a point in the south line of Peach Street, said point being located north 43 degrees 13 minutes west 100 feet from where the projection of the westerly line of Oak Street would intersect the south line of Peach Street, this beginning point is also located 127.30 feet north 43 degrees 13 minutes west from point of beginning of parcel described in Deed Book 349, Page 136. Thence south 46 degrees 47 minutes west a distance of 300 feet to a point; thence south 76 degrees 47 minutes west a distance of 173.21 feet to a point; thence north 43 degrees 13 minutes west a distance of 213.40 feet to a point; thence north 46 degrees 47 minutes east a distance of 450 feet to a point on the south line of Peach Street; thence south 43 degrees 13 minutes east along the south line of Peach Street 300 feet to a point and place of beginning.
Containing 2.95 acres of land, be the same more or less.
