Section 2. Nothing in this act shall be construed to affect the validity of the restrictions, easements, conditions and covenants set forth in the deed by the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Armstrong to The General State Authority, dated March 31, 1975, insofar as such restrictions, easements, conditions and covenants relate to the tract of land therein described in "Schedule B".
