Section 1. Designation of dam.
The dam on the Susquehanna River at Williamsport is hereby designated and shall be known as the Anthony J. Cimini Dam in honor of Anthony J. Cimini, who represented the 83rd Legislative District for 14 years and was instrumental in having the dam constructed.
