Section 2. Citizens.
All citizens of this Commonwealth, in particular those responsible for and attending our schools, are urged to commemorate Mrs. Parks' courageous refusal to comply with a bus driver's humiliating order to give up her seat, and reflect on the importance of everyone's civil rights.
