Section 1. Veterans Bridge.
(a) Declaration of policy.--The General Assembly finds and declares that:
(1) There are over 500 members of the VFW J. Howard Snyder Post No. 781, located near the bridge designated under subsection (b).
(2) The bridge designation honors the commitment, service and sacrifice of this country's veterans and will serve as a tangible reminder of the courage and patriotism of the veterans who served this Commonwealth and this nation.
(b) Designation.--The bridge carrying State Route 30 over Main Street in North Huntingdon Township, Westmoreland County, is designated and shall be known as the Veterans Bridge.
(c) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain signs which shall display the name of the bridge designated in subsection (b) at the end of the bridge.
