Section 1. Vacancies to be filled for full term
The true intent of the act of May 3, 1850, (act of 1850, May 3, P.L. 654.) providing for the election of district attorney, shall be held to be that any person elected to fill a vacancy in the office of district attorney, shall hold his office for the full term of three years. 1859, April 13, P.L. 617, Sec. 1.
