Section 8. Repeals.
(a) Absolute.--The provisions of 35 Pa.C.S. §§ 7315, 7316, 7317, 7318 and 7319 are repealed.
(b) Inconsistent.--The following acts and parts of acts are rescinded insofar as they are inconsistent with this act:
Reorganization Plan No.5 of 1981 (P.L.612).
Reorganization Plan No.6 of 1981 (P.L.613).
Reorganization Plan No.7 of 1981 (P.L.615).
