Section 8. Transfer of prior authorization.
(a) In addition to the amount authorized in section 2(2)(xi), an additional $5,500,000 previously authorized for land acquisitions is also transferred to the construction authorization contained in section 2(2)(xi).
(b) The additional $600,000 for the project itemized in section 2(11)(iii)(A) includes $106,732 previously allocated by administrative action. The $493,268 balance shall be provided from excess funds available in the unallocated reserve of the Capital Facilities Fund.
