Section 8. This act shall take effect as follows:
(1) The addition of 23 Pa.C.S. §§ 4309 and 4355 shall
take effect in 60 days.
(2) The amendment of 23 Pa.C.S. § 5103 shall take effect
in 90 days.
(3) The remainder of this act shall take effect
immediately.
