Section 1. Dr. Charles F. Taylor Memorial Highway.
(a) Designation.--The portion of State Route 405 beginning on the west side of the Susquehanna River in Clinton Township and ending immediately prior to the bridge over the West Branch of the Susquehanna River in Montgomery Borough, Pennsylvania, is hereby designated and shall hereafter be known as the Dr. Charles F. Taylor Memorial Highway.
(b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs at each end of this segment of highway containing the designation Dr. Charles F. Taylor Memorial Highway.
