Section 2. The Pennsylvania Game Commission and the Department of Transportation shall each appoint a competent real estate appraiser who shall determine the market value of the land transferred under the provisions of this act. There are hereby appropriated for transfer from the Motor License Fund to the Game Fund such sums of money as may be determined by the appraisers to be the value of the land.
