Section 10. CPL Patrick C. Farrell and PVT James J. Farrell Memorial Bridge.
(a) Designation.--The bridge, identified as Bridge Key 5802, carrying Logan Boulevard over Norfolk Southern Railroad in the City of Altoona, Blair County, is designated the CPL Patrick C. Farrell and PVT James J. Farrell Memorial Bridge.
(b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the bridge to traffic in both directions on the bridge.
