Section 58. Repeals.
Repeals are as follows:
(1) The General Assembly declares that the repeal under paragraph (2) is necessary to effectuate the designation under section 5.
(2) Section 14 of the act of October 23, 2023 (P.L.81, No.17), is repealed.
(3) The General Assembly declares that the repeal under paragraph (4) is necessary to effectuate the designation under section 6.
(4) Section 53 of the act of October 23, 2023 (P.L.81, No.17), is repealed.
(5) The General Assembly declares that the repeal under paragraph (6) is necessary to effectuate the designation under section 7.
(6) Section 54 of the act of October 23, 2023 (P.L.81, No.17), is repealed.
(7) The General Assembly declares that the repeal under paragraph (8) is necessary to effectuate the designation under section 16.
(8) Section 2 of the act of December 20, 2015 (P.L.490, No.87), is repealed.
(9) The General Assembly declares that the repeal under paragraph (10) is necessary to effectuate the designation under section 17.
(10) The act of March 14, 2012 (P.L.207, No.19), is repealed.
(11) The General Assembly declares that the repeal under paragraph (12) is necessary to effectuate the designation under section 27.
(12) Section 21 of the act of November 3, 2022 (P.L.2028, No.140), is repealed.
(13) The General Assembly declares that the repeal under paragraph (14) is necessary to effectuate the designation under section 50.
(14) Section 6 of the act of October 23, 2023 (P.L.81, No.17), is repealed.
(15) The General Assembly declares that the repeal under paragraph (16) is necessary to effectuate the designation under section 55.
(16) Section 31 of the act of October 23, 2023 (P.L.81, No.17), is repealed.
