Section 59. Effective date.
This act shall take effect as follows:
(1) The following provisions shall take effect immediately:
(i) Sections 55 and 58(15) and (16).
(ii) This section.
(2) Sections 30 and 31 shall take effect January 1, 2027.
(3) Section 56 shall take effect in 90 days.
(4) The remainder of this act shall take effect in 60 days.
