Section 308. Recovery of costs and fees by Attorney General.
In an action to enforce this act, the Commonwealth shall be entitled to recover costs, including the cost of investigation, expert witness fees and reasonable attorney fees.
Compiler's Note: Section 2102(1) of Act 64 of 2003, which added section 308, provided that section 308 shall take effect 15 days following the date of publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin of the notice required under section 301(4).
