Section 1. The bridge on State Route 849 over Big Buffalo Creek in the village of Wila, Juniata Township, Perry County, is hereby designated and shall be known as the T. Luke Toomey Bridge. The Department of Transportation shall erect appropriate signs to indicate this designation.
