Section 23. Preparation of standards
The Governor of this Commonwealth be and he is hereby authorized to have prepared standards of weight, measure and capacity, specified in the act of Assembly, passed April 15, 1834; and he be authorized to carry into effect the provisions of the said act as soon as practicable. 1838, April 14, p.l. 395, Sec. 23.
