Section 3. The deed of conveyance shall contain a clause that the lands conveyed shall be used for historical preservation purposes by the Blair County Historical Society and if at any time the Blair County Historical Society or its successor in function conveys the property or authorizes or permits the property to be used for any purpose other than for maintaining and preserving a site of historical significance, namely the so-called Royer Mansion, the title thereto shall immediately revert to and revest in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
