Section 1. The section of the Lackawanna Valley Industrial Highway, SR 0006, beginning at Interstate 81 in the Borough of Dunmore in Lackawanna County and ending in the Village of White's Crossing in Wayne County, Pennsylvania, is redesignated as the Governor Robert P. Casey Highway.
