Section 1. Confirmation of partial or special reports
It shall be Lawful for the Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia county to confirm the partial or special reports of park juries, and to order Payment by the City of Philadelphia the damages awarded to one or more owners of land, from time to time. 1870, Jan. 27, P.L. 93, Sec. 1.
