Section 9. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, That in all cases where any ejectment is now pending for any lands contained in any such lists as aforesaid, the Deputy of the Attorney General, or other agent to whom the same may be transmitted shall not commence suit, or if suit be brought, the court shall suspend the same until such suit or ejectment be determined.
