Section 2. Property description.
The reversionary interest and educational use restriction referenced under section 1 affect a tract of land totaling approximately 0.89 acres, situate in the Township of Weisenberg, Lehigh County, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as more fully described in a deed dated August 29, 1973, and recorded at the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for the County of Lehigh at Deed Book 1182, Page 400, containing approximately 0.89 acres of land. Being the same property conveyed to The Pennsylvania State University by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, acting by and through the Department of General Services, by its deed, dated December 20, 1993, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Lehigh County in Deed Book 1519, Page 426.
