Section 3. Description of interest and restriction.
The reversionary interest and educational use restriction contained in the deed to The Pennsylvania State University referenced above is as follows:
"THE PROPERTY hereby conveyed shall be used for educational purposes by The Pennsylvania State University, and, if at any time The Pennsylvania State University or its successors in function conveys the property or permits the property to be used for any purpose other than those specified herein, the title to the property shall immediately revert to and revest in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania."
