Section 1. The Department of General Services, with the approval of the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs and the Governor, is hereby authorized on behalf of the Commonwealth to execute a deed to remove a use restriction and reversionary covenant placed on the lands conveyed to the Borough of Grove City under the act of May 11, 1979 (P.L.24, No.6), entitled, "An act authorizing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor and the Adjutant General, to sell and convey real property situate in the Borough of Grove City, Mercer County to the Borough of Grove City," for $1 and other good and valuable considerations.
