Section 4. Controller to be a member of board of school directors
The Controller so as aforesaid appointed from each ward, shall, during his term of office, by virtue of said appointment, be a member of the board of school directors from the ward from which he is Controller, and be entitled to all the privileges of membership. 1867, April 5, P.L. 779, Sec. 4.
