Section 2. So much of the act, approved the eighth day of March, one thousand eight hundred sixty (Pamphlet Laws, one hundred thirty), and the act, approved the eleventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred forty-one (Pamphlet Laws, one hundred fourteen), and all other acts, and parts of acts, as are inconsistent herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
