Section 12. Public Utility Commission payments.
The Public Utility Commission shall pay to the State Treasurer through the Department of General Services for deposit in the Capitol Facilities Debt Fund such amounts of money as may be necessary for the repayment of the bonded indebtedness incurred for the construction of the building authorized in section 3(4)(i)(A) and for the original furniture and equipment authorized in section 4(4)(i)(A).
