Section 4. Moneys for duties respecting Hunting Park to be provided
It shall be the duty of the councils of the City of Philadelphia from time to time, on the request of said commissioners, to provide such moneys as the said commission may require for the proper execution of the duties imposed upon them by this act. 1871, May 15, P.L. 873, Sec. 4.
