Section 3. The deed of conveyance shall contain a clause that the lands conveyed shall be used for volunteer fire company purposes by the Promised Land Volunteer Fire Company and, if at any time the company or its successor in function conveys said property or permits said property to be used for any purpose other than those aforementioned, the title thereto shall immediately revert to and revest in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
