Section 1. Sergeant Michael Strank Memorial Bridge.
(a) Designation.--The bridge located on that portion of SR (truck route) 271 over the Conemaugh River and the Norfolk Southern mainline, Franklin Borough, Cambria County, is redesignated as the Sergeant Michael Strank Memorial Bridge.
(b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs displaying the redesignated name of the bridge to traffic in both directions on the bridge.
