Section 2. The parcel of land authorized to be transferred pursuant to this act to Michael D. Klem and Deborah B. Klem, his wife, by the Township of Independence, Washington County, is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a concrete monument which is the northwestern corner of the tract herein described; thence by land now or formerly of Klem south 38 degrees 24 minutes east 620.05 feet to a concrete monument; thence by land now or formerly of Southwest Coal Company north 48 degrees 10 minutes east 48.88 feet to a point in Township Road No. 727; thence along said Township Road No. 727 north 27 degrees 25 minutes west 106.29 feet to a point; thence along said Township Road No. 727 north 10 degrees 08 minutes west 63.05 feet to a point; thence along said Township Road No. 727 north 06 degrees 06 minutes west 161.63 feet to a point; thence by land now or formerly of Independence Township Park north 67 degrees 52 minutes west a distance of 368.54 feet to the place of beginning.
