Incorporation into Contracts

Section 10. Incorporation into Contracts.--Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of this act shall be deemed to be a part of every installment land contract entered into after the effective date of this act and each seller shall incorporate those provisions into every contract.
