The individual capital projects in the category of public improvement projects to be acquired or constructed by the Department of General Services and to be financed from Federal funds are itemized, together with their respective estimated costs, as follows:

(A) To erect a State armory and associated facilities (Pennsylvania National Guard Readiness Center and Field Maintenance Shop for use in connection with transformation of the Stryker Brigade for Pennsylvania Army National Guard) on approximately 40 acres of land consisting of two tracts of property now owned by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and located adjacent to the existing Pennsylvania National Guard Armory and Shop (1st Battalion, 108th Field Artillery), Cavalry Road, North Middleton Township, Cumberland County. The Base Project Allocation for this project includes the Federal Master Military Construction Cooperative Agreement.
