Section 1. Sections four, five and six of Highway Route No. I-279 (Legislative Route 10221) extending from the Perrysville Avenue Interchange in Ross Township, Allegheny County, to the Five Point Interchange in Franklin Park Borough, Allegheny County, shall hereafter be known and shall be designated and posted by the Department of Transportation as the "Raymond E. Wilt Memorial Highway."
