Section 1. Fred Jaindl Memorial Highway.
(a) Designation.--The portion of the proposed Route 222 bypass in Lehigh County from the point immediately south of I-78 in Lower Macungie Township, Lehigh County, through portions of Upper Macungie Township to the south interchange of Route 100 in Lower Macungie Township, Lehigh County, is hereby designated and shall be known as the Fred Jaindl Memorial Highway.
(b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain signs which shall display the name of the highway designated in subsection (a) at each end of the named segment.
