Act 90 of 1973, § 1

Section 1. The bridge structure currently under construction on Legislative Route 108, Section A-13 relocated in the Borough of Canonsburg, Washington County, spanning the Chartiers Creek is hereby designated and shall be known as the "Phillip Murray Bridge."
