Section 1. Curb lines and heights; width of sidewalks
The select and common councils of the City of Philadelphia be and they are hereby authorized and empowered to alter and regulate the curb lines and heights, and determine and make uniform the widths of the footways of the streets within the limits of the said city. 1873, April 28, P.L. 854, sec. 1.
