ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel or plot of land situate in the Township of Penn, County of Westmoreland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania being all of Parcel 3 in the Syster Plan of Lots, recorded on July 17, 2001, in the Recorder's Office of Westmoreland County at Instrument No. 200107170037148.
Containing an area of 30.64 acres.
