Section 2

Section 2. The deed of conveyance shall contain a clause that the lands conveyed shall be used for the construction, operation and maintenance of a fire station by the Plymouth Fire Company No. 1, and if at any time the said Plymouth Fire Company No. 1 or its successor in function conveys said property or authorizes or permits said property to be used for any purpose other than the construction, operation or maintenance of a fire station, the title thereto shall immediately revert to and revest in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
