(a) The department of health shall create, maintain, and update a comprehensive list of children’s products that have been identified as meeting any of the criteria set forth in § 23-75-3.
(b) The department of health shall make the comprehensive list available to the public at no cost and shall post it on the Internet, and encourage links.
