As used in this chapter:
(1) “Motorized bicycles” has the meaning set forth in § 31-1-3.
(2) “Motorized tricycles” has the meaning set forth in § 31-1-3.
(3) “Motor scooters” has the meaning set forth in § 31-1-3.
