Any special development district commission created pursuant to this chapter will not be subject to the provisions of §§ 42-35-1 — 42-35-18. Any commission and its members will be subject to the provisions of §§ 36-14-1 — 36-14-19 and §§ 42-46-1 — 42-46-10.
