Issuance and refunding of bonds and obligations

The authority shall have the power, together with all powers incidental thereto or necessary for the performance thereof, to issue bonds, notes, or other obligations for any of its corporate purposes and to refund the same, all as provided for in this chapter. Source: SL 1972, ch 10 , § 7 (8).
