Meetings open to public--Notice--Resolutions not published

Each meeting of the authority for any purpose whatsoever shall be open to the public. Notice of meetings shall be as provided in the bylaws of the authority. Resolutions need not be published or posted. Source: SL 1972, ch 10 , § 4.
