Trustees--President--Vice - president--Terms

There shall be elected biennially, by the board of trustees, a president and vice - president, who shall hold their respective offices for a term of two years and until their successors are duly chosen. Source: SDC 1939, § 29.0116; SL 2021, ch 7 , § 16.
