Issuance of certificate when proposed change appropriate

If the Historic District Commission determines that the proposed construction, reconstruction, alteration, moving, or demolition is appropriate, it shall forthwith approve such application and shall issue to the applicant a certificate of appropriateness. Source: SL 1974, ch 21 , § 11.
