Terms as used in this chapter mean: (1) "Agency," all divisions, offices, bureaus, commissions, councils, and boards, or like government units or subunits of the departments; (2) "Committee," the Interim Rules Review Committee; (3) "Termination," abolishment of the rules of any agency or the act of causing their existence to cease.
