Acceptance and expenditure of funds

The Bureau of Information and Technology may accept and expend any funds obtained from federal sources, gifts, contributions, or any other source if such acceptance and expenditure is approved in accordance with § 4-8B-10 . The bureau shall continue to be responsible for the expenditure of funds authorized for building, expanding, maintaining, and operating the network. Source: SL 1992, ch 373 (Ex.
