Agencies constituting department

The Department of Human Services shall consist of the following agencies: (1) The Division of Developmental Disabilities; (2) South Dakota Developmental Center--Redfield; (3) The Division of Rehabilitation Services; (4) The Division of Service to the Blind and Visually Impaired; and (5) The Division of Long Term Services and Supports.
