Compensation of lieutenant governor for performance of duties assigned by Governor

For performing constitutional duties and duties assigned by the Governor, the lieutenant governor shall receive a salary to be determined by the Governor but not to exceed the amount appropriated by the Legislature and shall be reimbursed for actual expenses associated with public service. Such salary shall be in addition to the salary provided for in §
